Situation
An organization dedicated to recreational activities was looking to optimize their social media mix and was keen on having a higher retention / response rate among multiple user segments
Objectives

Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that leverages both traditional and digital channels


Methodology

Phase 1: Conducted a digital brand audit to assess the organization’s current digital presence

Phase 2: Conducted a two-day onsite workshop / consulting engagement – after providing a basic framework and baseline from which to start, walked the organization through how they should optimize participation in a single event, with the idea that this process could be replicated to showcase how all events could be mapped accordingly


Findings

Maximized current digital presence and streamlined their approach for driving traffic to digital media channels
